I have two Characters lvl60 one Human/Fed and then other Reman/KDF and I am looking into the best traits for the Full Engineering Build. Most Engineering Build use the Tac Tree or Sci Tree for the majority of the points allotted. The more damage that the ship received, it would increase the damage the ship could deal. Before the tree revamp there was a build that was (which I can’t find anymore) that was effectively a reflection boat (I don’t know if that is the correct term for it).

After a year and a half it looks like the Engineering tree has been abandon as I have not come across a Full Engineering build.
